BuyVM, historically a division of Frantech Solutions, has sold low-cost virtual servers since 2010 and describes itself as an early mover in affordable VPS, cheap DDoS protection and Anycast IPs. KVM slices start at $24/year (512 MB) or $3.50/month (1 GB, 20 GB SSD), with larger storage VPS plans up to 7 cores. Block storage slabs cost $1.25/month per 256 GB and DDoS filtering is $3/month per protected IP. Locations are Las Vegas, New York and Roost, Luxembourg. A DirectAdmin license is included with every plan and servers are managed through the Stallion control panel; billing is at my.frantech.ca.

Payment is by credit or debit card, verified PayPal, Alipay and cryptocurrency through the CoinPayments gateway; the site names Bitcoin, Bitcoin Cash, Ethereum, Litecoin, Dogecoin and Monero among supported coins. Crypto and Alipay payments are non-refundable; PayPal and card orders can be refunded within 3 days.

The terms require a legitimate name and residential address at registration, matching the payment method, and new accounts may wait up to 24 hours for fraud checks; ordering from a VPN or proxy is grounds for account removal. The terms state that BuyVM was acquired by Cloudzy on January 6, 2025.
